About Vivo X500e
Vivo X500e - A New Experience for X-Series Fans!
Vivo X500e sits at a lower rank than the vanilla X500. It’s cheaper, of course. And yes, it should technically have some downgrades, but there are none as far as we can tell. This phone has passed Bluetooth SIG certification now. All eyes are on its launch. Vivo X500e’s model code is V2656. Anyway, the rumor mill pegs this phone to be almost, if not completely identical to the X500, which has a 6.59” 120Hz AMOLED. X500 has a new chip they call the Dimensity 9600M, but it turned out to be the rebranded Dimensity 9500 SoC. The same D9500 is actually reported for the X500E as well. So there’s no real gap in performance anyway. A 50MP sensor could be used under the main lens. And a 64MP periscope telephoto sensor is installed right next to it. Again, the two lenses are shared across the two siblings. And the X500e would likely end up with a 7500mAh Si/C battery as well. So, the cameras are the same. The battery is also identical here. And even the performance difference doesn’t exist. Is this just a rebranded phone? Preliminary signs say yes. The spec sheet below will be updated if we find something new. By the way, it has only been a few months since the X300e debuted. So the next version will take some time to arrive. And it will stack up against the Samsung Galaxy S26 FE in price and performance.
